It can also assist start up and developed organisations where there is insufficient current headcount to undertake sometimes mundane and tedious but often vital activities.

How do we do it?

Examples of projects undertaken include the UK start up of an American company who wanted to test the market for their software based products.

well associates worked with the company senior management to design, plan and manage a fee based telemarketing campaign targeted at high level contacts in a small number of carefully selected companies. The results of this campaign enabled the new sales force to be productive more rapidly as they moved into their new positions with a number of qualified leads already generated.

well associates was also able to continue to work with the new sales force during the early stages of the company setup.

What else can we do?

well associates can act as an introducer or facilitator for UK distributors of software based products and services where the parent company is hesitant about developing its own UK operation without assessing the market potential more fully.  Operating under the direction of the parent company, we can contact and pre-qualify local prospects to allow the distributor to negotiate and sign licence agreements directly with the user of the products or services.
